Our beef is USDA Inspected.

Weltin Meat Packing does our meat butchering and processing. They have a clean, modern facilty that is licensed and inspected.

Our meat prices include the cost of processing and delivery to selected locations.

Meat is cut and wrapped to your specification (you call in your cutting order).

Average hanging weight is 500 to 600 pounds. You may purchase a whole, 1/2 or 1/4 beef. Purchase of invidual cuts is available at selected locations and times.
